Main St Chiro

We provide a customized, personal treatment plan for each patient. We start out with a comprehensive physical exam including history, orthopedic tests, range of motion checks, muscle tests, reflex checks, and palpation of the spine.

Adjustments

We will perform Chiropractic adjustments on areas including neck, back, shoulders, arms, hips, ankles, knees, wrists, hands, and feet. We have many different techniques, including low force activator, and will use what works best for you.

Massage

Massage helps reduce muscle tension, improves circulation, heightens skin tone, helps the body remove toxins and is great for health maintenance. Our licensed therapists have comprehensive knowledge of various massage techniques.

Rehab and Exercise to help maximize movement potential.

Rehab & Exercise

Here you will not only be instructed on how to perform certain activities, but also watched to make sure you do them correctly for maximum benefit.
