Exams
The Initial Exam will take place in our exam room. Here we will perform a comprehensive physical exam including history, orthopedic tests, Range of motion checks, muscle tests, reflex checks, and palpation of the spine. Typical exams last about 20 minutes.

X-Rays
When needed we can take on site x-rays. We develop them in the office as well, cutting down on patient costs and expediting them for reading.

Adjustments
We will perform Chiropractic adjustments on areas including neck, back, shoulders, arms, hips, ankles, knees, wrists, hands, and feet. We have many different techniques, including low force activator, and will use what works best for you.

Therapies
Here we do therapies such as Ultrasound, Electrical stimulation, Cold Laser, PNF, Pressure point massage, and any other modalities that may be indicated.

Rehab & Exercises
We have a large area dedicated to Rehabilitation of muscles and Joints as well as exercise and strengthening. Here you will not only be instructed on how to perform certain activities, but also watched to make sure you do them correctly for maximum benefit.

Traction
This area is dedicated to cervical traction. We use the safest, most effective way to help put the normal curve back into your neck comfortably.

Massages
Massage helps reduce muscle tension, improves circulation, heightens skin tone, helps the body remove toxins and is great for health maintenance. Our licensed therapists have comprehensive knowledge of various massage techniques.

Prenatal Chiropractic
At Main St. Chiropractic we provide a special set of pre-natal services for expecting mothers. These services are specifically designed for pregnant women and offer different benefits when compared to general chiropractic adjustment.
